Meet our Executive Leadership Team
John Meade | CEO
John has led Meade since 2022. In that time the firm has grown from a regional operation into a national one, delivering full-scope power, utilities, and commissioning for the systems everything else depends on. His path to the role was deliberate. He spent years at Charles Schwab, starting at the entry level by choice, to learn how a large, well-run company works from the inside before coming back to run Meade. The firm he's building runs on long-term client relationships and a plain promise: do what you say you'll do.
Outside the office, John serves on the Pepperdine University Athletics Board and belongs to Young Presidents' Organization. He's also partnering with Arizona State University to build a pipeline for the next generation of engineers, something he cares about beyond the business case. He lives in Arizona with his wife Alyssa and their son Henry.
Toshiyo Hayashi | Chief Financial Officer
Toshiyo provides the financial foundation that enables Meade to grow with discipline, clarity, and long-term purpose. With over 25 years of financial leadership across multinational corporations, publicly traded companies, and high-growth environments, she brings the rigor and strategic depth required to scale a firm of Meade's caliber into new markets with confidence.
She has built and strengthened financial infrastructure across industries ranging from mining and apparel to technology and healthcare services - consistently translating complex financial operations into the stability that allows organizations to invest, expand, and perform at their highest level. At Meade, she partners with firm leadership to ensure that every growth decision is grounded in financial integrity and built to scale and last.
Outside of work, Toshiyo enjoys traveling and playing golf. Having lived and worked in various cultures, she brings a global perspective to both her professional and personal life. She resides in Arizona with her husband and cherishes spending time with family. Toshiyo is committed to continuous learning and seeks new ways to grow as a person and leader.
Heidi Keele | Chief Growth Officer
Heidi Keele is Meade's Chief Growth Officer, the person responsible for taking three decades of engineering work that mostly spoke for itself and giving it a voice in the market: the brand, the pipeline, and the business development engine behind it. She has spent more than 25 years building the commercial side of companies, from early-stage startups to Fortune 50, and the pattern holds across all of them: she takes marketing and sales functions that haven't found their footing and turns them into something that actually moves revenue.
At Meade, that means building the infrastructure that makes growth repeatable - market positioning, pipeline discipline, CRM rigor, and a business development process that doesn't depend on any one relationship to hold. She's focused on the sectors where the firm competes at its best: hyperscale data centers, mission-critical MEP, and complex commercial infrastructure. The goal is something durable - a firm with genuine technical depth that finally has the market presence to match.
Outside of work, Heidi is a gym regular who recharges best with sand underfoot and ocean in view. A native Washingtonian, she long ago traded the Pacific Northwest gray for the sunny skies of Scottsdale, Arizona, where she lives with her husband Lynn and their son Cody, who is studying finance at Arizona State University with law school on the horizon.
Sabrina Wolf | Senior Vice President, Talent & Culture
Sabrina has spent more than 20 years building people and culture inside demanding, fast-growing organizations: a FTSE 100 company, a global financial institution, a $2 billion media company, and an S&P 500 real estate investment trust. She holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, the senior credentials in her field. At Meade, she leads talent and culture, partnering with leaders across the business to build the people, processes, and structure needed to support growth while preserving the entrepreneurial feel that has been a part of Meade since the beginning.
An Arizona native and proud ASU alumna, Sabrina enjoys running, traveling, and planning her next adventure. Whether exploring a new city, trying a great local restaurant, or spending time with family and friends, she enjoys experiences that broaden her perspective and create meaningful connections.
Justin Law | Vice President, Operations
Justin has spent more than two decades in software, product, and operations, leading global teams and scaling platforms that handled billions of user interactions. He holds two patents. He came to Meade to bring that experience to a different kind of fast-growing company, one built on engineering, and to build the systems behind the work: project management, IT, technology strategy, and a more disciplined way of operating. His focus is making it possible for the firm to grow without losing the responsiveness and quality clients count on.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys woodworking, technology, music, and hands-on projects that require equal parts creativity and problem-solving. One of the things he values most about Meade is the opportunity to work alongside highly capable people who genuinely care about helping the company and each other succeed. He lives in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and is passionate about building systems, teams, and technologies that help people accomplish more together than they could alone.
